Award is conditioned on (a) Cedar Heritage Trust maintaining 501(c)(3) status throughout the grant period; (b) timely submission of quarterly impact reports per the reporting schedule below; (c) prior notification to the foundation of any material change to project scope, key personnel, or budget reallocation exceeding 15%; (d) acknowledgment of Cedar Heritage Trust support in concert programs, press materials, and the published archive; and (e) cooperation with foundation site visits as scheduled.
Reporting: Quarterly impact reports due within 30 days of each quarter close. Reports must include: number of apprenticeships in progress, completed concerts with audience counts and demographics, archive deliverable progress, and budget-to-actual variance. Final report and audited financial summary due 30 days after grant term end.
