Cedar Heritage Trust is pleased to award Midwest Foodways Alliance a grant of $38,000 to support Foodways Emergency Pantry Network as proposed in application APP-2037. This award is made under the Emergency Response program for the grant term Apr 11, 2026 through Apr 11, 2027. Acceptance of this grant constitutes agreement to the terms, conditions, payment schedule, and reporting requirements set forth below. Please countersign and return the enclosed acceptance form within 14 days.
Conditions
Maintain pantry network sites at parity. Acknowledge foundation in distribution materials.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in suspension of payment milestones, request for return of disbursed funds, or termination of the grant. The foundation reserves the right to conduct site visits, request additional documentation, and modify reporting requirements with 30 days notice.
