Cedar Heritage Trust is pleased to award Skyline Youth Foundation a grant of $48,000 to support Skyline STEM After-school Expansion as proposed in application APP-2036. This award is made under the Education Innovation program for the grant term Mar 22, 2026 through Mar 22, 2027. Acceptance of this grant constitutes agreement to the terms, conditions, payment schedule, and reporting requirements set forth below. Please countersign and return the enclosed acceptance form within 14 days.
Conditions
Pre-approved equipment purchases only. Report monthly on student enrollment by demographic.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in suspension of payment milestones, request for return of disbursed funds, or termination of the grant. The foundation reserves the right to conduct site visits, request additional documentation, and modify reporting requirements with 30 days notice.
