Cedar Heritage Trust is pleased to award Harborlight Mutual Aid a grant of $45,000 to support Coastal Preparedness Mutual Aid as proposed in application APP-2034. This award is made under the Emergency Response program for the grant term Apr 16, 2026 through Apr 16, 2027. Acceptance of this grant constitutes agreement to the terms, conditions, payment schedule, and reporting requirements set forth below. Please countersign and return the enclosed acceptance form within 14 days.
Conditions
Maintain rapid-response readiness with monthly drills. Acknowledge foundation support in disaster-response communications.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in suspension of payment milestones, request for return of disbursed funds, or termination of the grant. The foundation reserves the right to conduct site visits, request additional documentation, and modify reporting requirements with 30 days notice.

Milestone payments are released via ACH to the grantee's bank of record after each gating condition is met. Payment is held automatically when a grantee report is overdue more than 14 days. Reference numbers appear on remittance advice once releases post.
