Cedar Heritage Trust is pleased to award Midwest Foodways Alliance a grant of $30,000 to support Foodways Climate Adaptation (2025 cycle) as proposed in application APP-2018. This award is made under the Climate Resilience program for the grant term Nov 17, 2025 through Nov 17, 2026. Acceptance of this grant constitutes agreement to the terms, conditions, payment schedule, and reporting requirements set forth below. Please countersign and return the enclosed acceptance form within 14 days.
Conditions
Honor partnership commitments with local farms. Submit semi-annual photo-narrative reports.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in suspension of payment milestones, request for return of disbursed funds, or termination of the grant. The foundation reserves the right to conduct site visits, request additional documentation, and modify reporting requirements with 30 days notice.
